Founder and CEO – Relate
Thompson Aderinkomi is an accomplished statistician, leader, and entrepreneur. He has founded multiple companies and led large teams over the last 10 years.
Mr. Aderinkomi is the founder and CEO of Relate, an artificial intelligence platform that utilizes participants’ strengths, weaknesses, and environment to make leadership coaching, employee engagement, corporate alignment and change management scalable to an entire organization. He is a co-founder of Nice Healthcare, an innovative primary care practice that delivers care in patients’ homes outside of traditional health insurance arrangements by working directly with employers to offer the service as a benefit to employees.
Thompson has been recognized in FastCompany, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and other notable publications. In 2015 he was awarded the Power 50 by Minnesota Business Journal. He has served on the board of directors for WATCH MN, Youthprise, and MNsure.
Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Master’s in Statistics from the University of Minnesota, and earned his M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management.
Darcy Stivland | SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPCC

As a certified executive coach and assessment interpreter, Darcy is passionate about partnering with clients to leverage their strengths, heighten emotional intelligence, and to attain abundant business and personal success.
Darcy has served in executive roles in healthcare, finance, and service industries, and now leads The Stivland Group LLC. Additionally, Darcy is Co-President, Minnesota HR Executive Forum. She is certified to interpret a range of leadership development and selection assessments, including top requested Hogan Leadership Series and EQi 2.0. Darcy is member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a frequent visitor to the College of Executive Coaching, a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), and is currently poised to be among the first executive coaches to earn the new Healthcare and Physician Wellbeing Certified Coach credential from the National Board of Medical Examiners.
Darcy has made a career of creating new leadership and organizational development strategies. She enables the growth of others through an upbeat, transparent and collaborative approach.
David Hunt | J.D.
President and CEO – Critical Measures
David Hunt is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Critical Measures. Critical Measures is a management training and consulting firm that assists employers to harness the power of diversity to create more productive, profitable and inclusive workforces.
Prior to working in the diversity field, David worked as an attorney, specializing in employment and civil rights law. A former adjunct professor at the William Mitchell College of Law, David has mediated employment law matters for the EEOC and the Minnesota Office of Dispute Resolution as part of the Minnesota Human Rights Mediation Program.
A writer, speaker and current events commentator, David has appeared on the McNeill-Lehrer News Hour and published numerous articles. He received his B.A. from Carleton College and his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law.
Dr. Nina Russo | Ed.M., Ph.D.
Dr. Russo is a Ph.D. psychologist with more than 25 years of experience working with individuals, families and organizations in clinics, schools, universities and business settings.
She applies her extensive experience in cognitive and personality assessment to her work in public and nonprofit settings to assist both individuals and teams in developing their potential and in achieving measurable results. She has worked on numerous projects involving service redesign, transition planning, program development, needs assessment and individual coaching and counseling.
Dr. Russo received her B.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan University, an Ed.M. in counseling from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Katie Spencer | Psy.D., M.A., M.A.
Katie focuses on optimizing individual and group effectiveness through teambuilding, communication enhancement and coaching. Her experience stretches from corporations, to nonprofits, to governmental organizations over the past 10 years. With five-plus years’ experience in psychological assessment, Katie uses best practices to interpret assessment results and make critical, data-informed decisions.
Formerly in the field of international development and humanitarian assistance, Katie has been at the forefront of program development and leadership enhancement in high-stakes environments, including conflict-affected countries.
Katie received her B.A. in International Affairs from Hamilton College, an M.A. in Human Security from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver, and her Psy.D. from the University of Denver.
Dr. Jack Alan Stoltzfus | Ph.D.
Dr. Stoltzfus is a consultant, coach and trainer. He provides the following services: Executive Assessment; Executive Coaching; Leadership Training Design and Implementation; Training in Coaching and Leadership; Training in Program Delivery; Team Building; Program Evaluation; and, Consultation on Engagement and Retention.
In March of 2011 Dr. Stoltzfus took an early retirement from 3M Company after 26 years in management. In the 12 years prior to his leaving, he had been a manager within 3M’s Talent Solutions Department. His specific focus was working with 3M’s Executives and High Potential Leaders through classroom, action learning, assessment and individual coaching. He has coached a number of senior executives inside and outside 3M on ways to improve their leadership effectiveness, engagement and business results.
Jack has a Masters Degree from the University of St. Thomas and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, both of which are in Counseling Psychology. He is a licensed psychologist in the State of Minnesota.
Married with three children, he resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.
