With experience in qualitative data and assessment analytics, Jessie’s evidence-informed insights into team functioning help clients to set, and achieve, their vision. Her leadership facilitation and organizational design work through a University-affiliated consulting firm spanned various industries including law enforcement, manufacturing and technology.
Jessie earned her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Minnesota State University – Mankato, and her B.A. in Psychological Science and Communication Studies at Gustavus Adolphus College. She is certified in numerous assessments offered at Bridges.
