Kelly Thorp has more than 20 years experience in human resources at publicly traded corporations and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the Bridges team, she was a Senior Vice President of Human Resources for a $700 million retailer, and has served in human resources leadership roles in healthcare and information technology consulting.
Ms. Thorp approaches each client partnership with a focus on strategic human resources analysis and planning, and hands-on development of successful programs. Her expertise in all aspects of human resources is vast, and includes leadership development, performance management, leadership competency development, talent acquisition, culture development, employee rewards and organizational design and effectiveness.
Ms. Thorp received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin.
Kelly lives in Edina with her husband and two dogs.
