Bridges Coaching Method

We train coaches to build practices in the business world. This isn’t squishy life coaching but specifics and materials aimed at executive work.

In an eight-week program, participants engage in online learning to launch or enhance their coaching practice. The course includes video lessons, supporting materials, and interactive Zoom discussions with a cohort of fellow coaches.

Developed by Dr. Sarah Bridges, the Bridges Coaching Method combines psychology, business insights, science, and practical application.
