Gina has held leadership roles in Sales and Marketing, Operations, and People spaces. She has deep experience in leading high performance, national award-winning teams through strategic planning and performance management with an emphasis on enhanced communication and feedback practices. 

With expertise in a wide range of industries including running her own small business, working in and with mid-size companies, and managing national accounts for a publicly traded global organization, Gina brings depth and practical perspective to her interactions. She sits on the South Dakota State University Ness School of Management and Economics Entrepreneurial Program Advisory Board, is certified in the Bridges Coaching Method, is a Co. Starters Facilitator and has a concentration in communication styles and behaviors that work in business.

With 30 years of business experience, and a BA in Business Management, she believes leaders who are on purpose generate the best business outcomes with the most satisfied people.
