Heidi Schachtman, Consultant and Sr. Project Manager

Heidi began her career in executive search and continued in talent acquisition for a Fortune 500 financial services company. She was part of several cross-functional outsourcing and change management initiatives. She is certified in the Hogan Assessments, varied cognitive measures, the MBTI, Predictive Index, California Psychological Inventory, and other tests. She is also a certified coach. She joined Bridges six years ago and consults with teams in assessment and coaching programs.

Heidi earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Minnesota. She lives in Eagan with her husband and two sons.
