Jon Passman is an executive coach and consultant with a passion for helping executives fulfill their business and professional goals. Using his 30 years of experience as a senior executive at several large software and services companies, including Trimble, GE, and Ceridian, he helps executives successfully navigate P&Ls, marketing, product development, product management, sales, and strategic planning.  

As an executive and advisor, Jon creates alignment across diverse stakeholders in a data-driven, collaborative, and transparent manner. He is inclusive, calm, deliberate, and intentional in helping his clients solve complex problems with innovative solutions. He helps build, mentor, and empower high-performing executive teams using his comprehensive background in growing small and large-scale businesses and managing organizations through down cycles. Industries of expertise include business services, software/SaaS, financial services, and consulting.

Jon received his Masters in Management in Strategy and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Math from Northwestern University.
