Lauren Franklin is an Executive Coach and Organization Consultant energized by supporting organizations with manager development, culture, talent acquisition, employee listening, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.  

She has a wealth of expertise in the tech space, along with experience in higher education and the public sector. She has hired, developed, and built teams from the ground up and helped influence organization-wide culture initiatives in various organizations, from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Gonzaga University with a certificate in Leadership Studies, a Master of Arts in Sociology with a focus on quantitative data analysis from Portland State University, and is certified in the Bridges Coaching Method.
