Madeleine Titze is an executive coach, leadership development specialist, and organizational consultant supporting clients through change management, cultural improvement, and M&A efforts. Madeleine leverages her background in adult learning to elevate her clients through research-backed, practical, and personalized coaching and team development. In her coaching practice at Bridges, Madeleine supports senior leaders across industries, including higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, private/public corporations, and not-for-profits to accelerate growth and foster sustainable development for key leaders.
To drive team and organizational effectiveness for her clients, Madeleine leverages her breadth of assessment expertise, informational interviewing, and best practices in high-performing teams research to deliver custom training, facilitation, and solutions for executive teams, departments, and organizations. Her solutions embed ownership and accountability, ensuring the results are sustainable long after an engagement ends.
Prior to joining the Bridges team, Madeleine worked in higher education and served as the director of undergraduate admission at a private, liberal arts institution. She launched her career at The Walt Disney Company, a Fortune 100 company, where she trained in the corporation’s prominent customer service, organizational culture, and business strategies.
Madeleine received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Studies from Gonzaga University and a Master of Arts in Adult and Higher Education from the University of South Dakota. She is certified in the Bridges Coaching Method, the Hogan Assessments, and the Team Assessment Survey. Madeleine lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with her husband, Thad, and beagle, Pepper.
